1. What we collect
Account details (email, language, browsing mode), your chats with agents and the pictures you upload, your generations, top-up and withdrawal orders (including on-chain transaction hashes), and necessary access logs (IP, browser type, time).
2. How we use it
To provide video generation, settle balances and orders, send necessary notices, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Uploaded pictures and generated videos
Pictures you upload and videos you generate are kept in our storage, used only for the generations you start and for viewing and downloading them in My works.
4. Retention and deletion
When you delete your account it is disabled at once, and within 30 days we erase the account details, chats and works we keep, except records required by financial and legal obligations (such as top-ups and withdrawals). You can delete your account in the account settings at any time.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and the browser remembers your browsing mode, language and last used options locally. None of this is used to track you across sites.
6. Third parties
Videos are generated by a partner generation service; USDT payments are checked against public blockchain data. They receive only the data needed for the service.
