For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its regulations, the site acts as a host of content where applicable and keeps the age and consent confirmations of users as required.
2. Age and consent confirmation
Before uploading a picture showing a person, users must confirm that the person is 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) and has consented to its use for generating videos on this site.
3. Uploader responsibility
Uploaders must hold the rights to the pictures they upload. Images involving minors, unauthorized images of others and any unlawful content are strictly forbidden. Violating accounts are permanently banned, and we report to law enforcement where needed.
4. Reporting and removal
