Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
2. Age and adult content
Some content is for adults only. Signing up does not ask for your age; before turning on adult mode you confirm that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). In normal mode you do not see adult content. We may ask you to verify your age.
3. Your account
You are responsible for everything done with your account; keep your password safe. Tell us right away about any unauthorized use.
4. Uploads, consent and content rules
Before uploading a picture you must hold the rights to use it, and anyone shown in it must have consented. Images involving minors, unauthorized likenesses of others and any unlawful content are forbidden. Generated videos must not be used for fraud, harassment or to infringe the rights of others. In addition:
- Portrait declaration: to make a template video you tick the declaration "the portrait is me, or I have the permission of the person in it"; without it the video cannot be submitted. The declaration is kept with the generation.
- Blocked words: content involving minors is not allowed. A prompt containing a word the platform blocks is refused on submit and nothing is charged; the platform maintains the list and may change it at any time.
- When the generation service refuses to generate, the generation counts as failed and is refunded in full.
5. Balance and payment
Prices are in USDT. Generation is charged from your balance by length and resolution, and the price is shown before you submit; failed, cancelled or timed-out generations are refunded in full. Your balance has two parts: the top-up balance (including top-up bonuses) can only be spent, not withdrawn; the rebate balance comes from invite rebates and can be spent or withdrawn under the withdrawal rules. Top-up refunds are made only by the platform in special cases, back to the original address, after taking back the bonus of that top-up.
6. Invite rebates
Each time a friend you invited pays for a top-up, you receive an invite rebate at the rate the platform publishes. Rebates are held for 7 days, then added to your rebate balance. Rebates obtained by abuse may be cancelled and the accounts involved dealt with.
7. Changes to content and service
We may add, change or remove agents, templates and features at any time, and may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the accuracy or availability of generated results or for losses from using the site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and announce major changes on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
